Too much of a crossover

So, some time ago there was a nice "crossover character" contest somewhere 'round DA. As usual, I didn't make in time to deliver my entry, however, I kept working on the concept, expanding and refining it up for a while, ending up, as usual, pushing things too far and sinking into weirdness. The final result is this: a cyborg tattoed fairy with a liquid-pixiedust-powered magic heavy rifle. As awkward as it sounds.
